ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are specialty producers of various products of smoked seafoods,
primarily of canned & vacuum wrapped Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, West Coast
Albacore Tuna, and other seafood products,Our Smoked cans (7 oz.) of
Pacific Salmon are available all year, when available, as well as custom
Gift-Packs of Canned, and/or smoked portions of vacuum wrapped(8oz.).
Our smoked varieties (including special custom smoked with our own
genuine Central Pacific Island Coconut Husk chips) for our Classic
Coconut Cure, Teri-Yaki Cure, Honey Cured, Hickory Cured, and our
special Black-Strap Molasses Cured recipe.
Specialty Custom Packed Gift Packages for Christmas, and all-year at
customers request.

No Fresh Product at this time. However, special arrangements can be made
for fresh product during certain time periods throughout the year for
Pacific Wahoo, Grouper, Parrot Fish, Yellow-fin & Big eye Tuna.
