ABOUT OUR COMPANY Attilus (which means "great sturgeon" in latin) is dedicated to raising the world's finest sturgeon in a sustainable and ecologically-friendly manner. We've been creating our own caviar at a fishery in Jessen, Germany since 2008 and are one of the few producers in the world offering real Oscietra caviar, from the Russian sturgeon (GUE). Our team of 15 includes researchers and biologists who carefully monitor our fish around-the-clock, meticulously calibrating their feeding plans to provide the perfect nutritional balance through each and every step of the sturgeon rearing process. Fresh Product: Royal Siberian Caviar (common name baerii, latin name acipenser baerii). This is a fine-grained black caviar recognised for its highly aromatic and elegant spicy flavour. The flavour is silky, pure and refreshing, with an aftertaste that is fine and clear. Grain colours range from black/grey all the way to black/brown tones. Available in 7 tin sizes: 20g, 30g, 50g, 125g, 250g, 500g and 1kg. Royal Oscietra Caviar (latin name acipenser gueldenstadtii). This medium-grained sturgeon caviar is renowned for its excellent egg quality. It has a nutty flavour with a mellow aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
