Smoked Salmon
The quality of our smoked Salmon is second to none. It’s our
speciality and as such, takes pride of place in our company.
Our salmon are smoked in our 100-year old chimneys, giving them the
distinctive flavour that sets them apart from their supermarket
counterparts. We sell smoked fish produce as well as a smoking service
where you can take your fish into us, and we will smoke the fish for
