ABOUT OUR COMPANY
The Laity family is a very large fishing family in Cornwall.
We have been exporting our prime live shellfish to France and the rest
Europe for the last 30 years.
We are proud long time members of Shellfish Association of Great
Britain.
These are our main products all are from Cornish waters Diver caught
razor clams (Ensis siliqua) all year Hand picked winkles (Littorina
Littorea) all year
Wild Queen scallops (Mma Chlamys Varia), season October to April Wild
native Oyster (Ostrea Edulis), Season September to April Hand picked
mussels (Mytilus Edulis), July to April
We can also source any other Cornish shellfish ie. Lobsters etc.,
