We would like to present to your attention our company 'NIGIRI" LTD.
Bulgaria, Varna.
"NIGIRI" specializes in the production of marinated, smoked, dried
fish products, as well caviar with the brand name "Odesos". The company
is on the Bulgarian market since 1990, initially as "Plavekra Apolonov
and Co” 2003 as "Odesos 2003" LTD. The newest location of the company
opened in 2005 and meets all sanitary and hygienic requirements of the
European Union.
With this letter we would like to introduce our company "NIGIRI"LTD
and it’s activity, registered in Varna, Bulgaria. The creator of our
company, at the time “Plavekra- Apolonov and Co." initiates it’s
activity - production and trade with caviar- in 1990. At that time the
production took place in a small factory in Varna. In the years to come
and with the introduction of the brand name "Odesos" the company
broadened it’s activity and began the production and trade with
marinated, salted, smoked and frozen fish products.
Due to the large demand for and the quality of our fish products "Odesos",
the insufficient area of the location, and the increased sanitary and
hygienic requirements of the European Union, the company began the
projection and development of a new factory, corresponding to the demand
for our products and the requirements of the harmonized Bulgarian-
European policies.
