ABOUT OUR COMPANY
PT TOBA SURIMI INDUSTRIES is a seafood packer in Indonesia. We
started our business with pasteurized crabmeat since 1997, exporting to
several countries, United States, European Community, Japan, Hong Kong,
Singapore, Canada, United kingdom and Australia.
Over the years, our number of workers has grown
rapidly to over a thousand workers working in our plant in Medan. Medan
is only an hour flight from Singapore. The plant have been certified
with BRC, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CTPAT approved
and own EU approval number.

a. Jumbo Lump : Whole unbroken meat taken from the muscle adjoining the
swimming legs of the crab. Considered the tastiest part of all the meat.
b. Super Lump : Whole unbroken lump meat from the body, packed in flower
shape.
c. Lump : Broken Jumbo Lump and other chunky body meat, delicious taste
from the body meat.
d. Special : Chunky and Shredded White meat with full crab flavor and
sweetness, One of the most favorite meat in our assortment.
e. Claw : Claw and leg meat, with whole claw and legs packed on top and
bottom of the can and shredded leg meat in between.
f. Cocktail Claw : Whole Claw meat with part of the shell removed
