ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Importers, Processors.J M Clayton Company was founded in 1890 by
Capt. John M. Clayton and is still owned and continues to be operated by
fourth and fifth generation descendants. The primary business is buying
and selling blue crab (callinectes sapidus) and picking blue crab on the
Chesapeake Bay. Our domestic crabmeat picked in Maryland goes under the
"Epicure" label while our Indonesian brand of blue swimming crab (portunus
pelagicus) goes under the "Clayton's" label.

Blue Crab (Callinectes sapidus) live, steamed, hand picked Jumbo, Lump,
Backfin, Clay and Cocktail Claw crabmeat fresh, pasteurized, nitrogen
frozen, Machine Picked Claw, Quik Pic Backfin, Baader minced meat.
Blue Swimming Crab (Portunus pelagicus) pasteurized crabmeat Colossal,
