Acme Smoked Fish is ubiquitous with quality and tradition, staying
true to our fourth generation family heritage. Founded in 1954, Acme
Smoked Fish Corporation is the largest US family owned and operated
smoked fish producer in America. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Acme is an
internationally recognized smoker committed to providing superior,
quality products.
Offering three distinctive brands, the Acme brand remains iconic,
featuring both retail and bulk offerings. The Blue Hill Bay brand
features all- natural and preservative free items, including wild Salmon
varieties from Alaska. Finally, Ruby Bay is Acme’s innovative brand,
offering wild salmon jerky items and other products. Acme’s wide variety
