ABOUT OUR COMPANY
we are a family owned commercial fishing vessel out of Gloucester
ma. and have been fishing for over 30 years we have extensive experience
in catching and storing the freshest and best quality silver hake on the
east coast our fish is sought after in the Fulton fish market in NY by
many fish buyers
Fresh Product:
we catch and store up to 30,000lbs of silver hake each trip which is the
federal limit for every trip. trips range from 1 -3 days for freshest
quality our vessel has a refrigerated insulated fish hold to chill the
fish in a ice and water brine to maximize quality we use raised foot
rope trawls that reduce the contact of the sea floor and it reduces the
by catch of un wanted fish by 50-75% leaving a clean well kept product
