YEARS,WE ARE LOCATED IN THE CLEAN,CLEAR WATERS OF THE NORTH OF SCOTLAND
THIS IS A SMALL FAMILY RUN BUSINESS

WE CATCH SALMON AND GRILSE IN OUR BAGNETS FROM APRIL UNTIL AUGUST
OUR FISH IS LOOKED AFTER AND HAS NO BRUISING OR SCALING AND ARE IN
PRISTINE CONDITION
All FISH ARE IN ICE AND CHILLED SOON AFTER BEING KILLED, WE DISPATCH
DAILY IN REFRIGERATED LORRIES TO THE MAIN UK MARKETS
OUR SALMON SHOULD HAVE A CARCASS TRACEABILITY TAG ATTACHED (NEW THIS
YEAR 2010)
