ABOUT OUR COMPANY Blue Water Fish limited is a Sri Lankan based company who export Fresh Chilled yellow fin & Big eye tuna to EU counties. We Are following GMP,SSOP,HACCP Standard and BRC standard to ensure high quality. Our Yellow Fin Tuna is caught from Indian Ocean (FAO 057). Like many other fresh-water fish, Yellow Fin Tuna is high in healthy Omega 3 fatty acids, protein and calcium. Our tasty tuna loins are cut from tuna that has been fresh-from-the-ocean flavour; and individually vacuum-packed in 6-8 oz.portions. You will taste and see the difference. We only use line-caught, medium-sized wild Albacore. This practice protects other species. From being entangled in the nets and ensures that the tuna we are providing to our customers is naturally low in heavy metals. It is quickly bled and chilled in ice slurry. We generally process enough loins for the daily requirement; and with our 4mil vacuum seal bags and temperature control procedure these loins are great any time of during self life. One of the best tasting fish available, yellow Fin Tuna loins are great pan-fried, stir-fried, in tacos, on kabobs or on grill. Fresh Product: Fresh Chilled Yellow fin Tuna loin and H & G.
