* Eso surimi :- 100 %mainly produced from Lizards fish.
* Itoyori surimi 100% :- produced from Threadfin bream.
* Tachiuo surimi 100% :- produced from Ribbon Fish.
* Kintokidai Surimi 100% :- produced from Red big eyes.
* Guchi Surimi 100% :-produced from Croaker.
